n7club Privacy Policy

1 Introduction

n7club ("n7club," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all users of the n7club platform, including the n7club website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how n7club collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your personal information when you access or use the Platform.

This Policy is issued in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 ("DPA"), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines ("NPC"). 2 Data Controller

For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and this Policy, n7club is the personal information controller in respect of the personal data collected through the Platform. As personal information controller, n7club determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data.

n7club has appointed a Data Protection Officer ("DPO") who is responsible for overseeing compliance with this Policy and applicable data protection laws. You may contact the DPO using the contact details provided in Section 14 of this Policy.

3 Personal Data We Collect

n7club collects the following categories of personal data in connection with the Platform:

• Identity Data: Full legal name, date of birth, gender, nationality, and government-issued identification number (e.g., Philippine passport number, SSS number, PhilHealth ID number, UMID number, or driver's licence number).
• Contact Data: Residential address (including barangay, city/municipality, province, and postal code), email address, and mobile phone number.
• Account Data: Username, encrypted password, account registration date, account status, and account preferences.
• Financial Data: Payment method details (e.g., GCash mobile number, PayMaya account details, bank account details for BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, or Security Bank), deposit and withdrawal history, account balance, and transaction records.
• Gaming Data: Game history, wagering records, bonus usage, session duration, and responsible gaming tool settings (e.g., deposit limits, self-exclusion status).
• Technical Data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type and version, time zone, and other technical identifiers collected automatically when you access the Platform.
• Usage Data: Information about how you use the Platform, including pages visited, features used, links clicked, and time spent on the Platform.
• Communications Data: Records of your communications with n7club support, including live chat transcripts, email correspondence, and support ticket records.
• Verification Data: Copies of identity documents, proof of address documents, and payment method verification documents submitted during the account verification process.

4 How We Collect Your Data

n7club collects personal data through the following means:

• Direct Collection: Data you provide directly when registering an account, completing identity verification, making deposits or withdrawals, contacting customer support, or participating in promotions.
• Automated Collection: Technical and usage data collected automatically through cookies, web beacons, log files, and similar tracking technologies when you access or use the Platform.

5 How We Use Your Personal Data

n7club uses the personal data we collect for the following purposes:

6 Legal Basis for Processing

n7club processes your personal data on the following legal bases under the Data Privacy Act of 2012:

• Contractual Necessity: Processing necessary for the performance of the contract between you and n7club (i.e., the Terms & Conditions), including account registration, service delivery, and payment processing.
• Legal Obligation: Processing necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which n7club is subject, including KYC, AML, responsible gaming, and regulatory reporting obligations.
• Legitimate Interests: Processing necessary for the legitimate interests of n7club, including fraud prevention, platform security, and platform improvement, where such interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.
• Consent: Processing based on your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent, including the sending of promotional communications. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting n7club support or updating your account preferences, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

7 Data Sharing and Disclosure

n7club does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes. n7club may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data protection safeguards:

• Payment Service Providers: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and partner banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) for the purpose of processing deposits and withdrawals.
• Identity Verification Providers: Third-party KYC and identity verification service providers engaged by n7club to verify your identity, age, and payment methods.
• Game Providers: Third-party game software providers whose games are available on the Platform, to the extent necessary for the delivery of those games.
• IT and Platform Service Providers: Cloud hosting, data storage, cybersecurity, and other IT service providers engaged by n7club to operate and maintain the Platform.
• Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities: PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and other government authorities, where disclosure is required by law, regulation, court order, or regulatory direction.
• Professional Advisers: Lawyers, accountants, auditors, and other professional advisers engaged by n7club, subject to professional confidentiality obligations.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of n7club's business, your personal data may be transferred to the relevant successor entity, subject to the same data protection obligations as set out in this Policy.

All third parties with whom n7club shares personal data are required to process that data in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection law and n7club's data protection requirements.

8 Data Retention

n7club retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, accounting, or reporting requirements.

The following general retention periods apply:

• Account Data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a period of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements and applicable Philippine law.
• Financial and Transaction Data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the date of the transaction, in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules.
• Identity Verification Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure or the completion of the relevant KYC process, whichever is later.
• Communications Data: Support communications and chat transcripts are retained for a period of two (2) years from the date of the communication.
• Technical and Usage Data: Retained for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of collection, unless a longer retention period is required for security or fraud investigation purposes.

At the end of the applicable retention period, n7club will securely delete or anonymise your personal data in accordance with its data disposal procedures. Where anonymisation is not technically feasible, n7club will ensure that the data is securely isolated from further processing.

9 Data Security

n7club implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include:

11 Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights in respect of your personal data held by n7club:

• Right of Access: The right to request a copy of the personal data n7club holds about you, together with information about how it is being processed.
• Right to Rectification: The right to request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data held by n7club. You may update certain account information directly through your account settings.

12 Children's Privacy and Age Restriction

The n7club Platform is strictly intended for use by individuals who are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. n7club does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If n7club becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21, n7club will take immediate steps to close the relevant account, delete the personal data, and return any deposits made to the payment source used, subject to verification.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under the age of 21 has provided personal data to n7club, please contact our Data Protection Officer immediately using the contact details in Section 14 so that appropriate action can be taken.

13 Changes to This Privacy Policy

n7club reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When material changes are made to this Policy, n7club will notify registered users by email to the address registered on their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

The updated Policy will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the n7club Platform after the effective date of any updated Policy constitutes your acknowledgement of the changes and your agreement to be bound by the updated Policy.
