1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and n7club ("n7club," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the n7club website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the n7club Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by n7club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the n7club Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register for and use an n7club account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to online casino-style gaming platforms.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of n7club, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the n7club Platform or any other gaming platform operated under the PAGCOR regulatory framework.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognised responsible gaming authority.

n7club reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of age, and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of n7club services, you must register a player account. The following terms apply to account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one n7club account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Verification: n7club may require you to verify your identity, age, and payment methods before processing withdrawals or granting full account access. Verification documents may include a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's licence, or UMID card ), proof of address, and payment method verification.
• Account Ownership: Your n7club account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account.
• Account Currency: All n7club accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, withdrawals, balances, and wagers are processed in PHP unless otherwise stated.

n7club reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your n7club account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords or authentication codes issued to your registered mobile number or email address.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your n7club account and must not reuse passwords from other online services.
• You must notify n7club immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, by contacting our support team.
• n7club will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from n7club that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

n7club shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. All transactions completed using your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified n7club of a security breach.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

n7club supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Filipino players:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya (Maya)
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts

The following payment methods are not accepted on the n7club Platform under any circumstances: credit cards (in compliance with Philippine regulations prohibiting credit card funding of gambling accounts) and any form of cryptocurrency.

The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash or PayMaya. Minimum amounts for bank transfer deposits may vary.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. n7club aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed on Philippine banking business days.
• Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as part of our anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
• Pending Wager Requirements: Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until those requirements have been satisfied.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

n7club offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus or promotion is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. n7club reserves the right to determine eligibility for any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or the use of automated software — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account without compensation.
• Modification and Withdrawal: n7club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the n7club Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

• Random Number Generation: All slot games and non-live games on the n7club Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are subject to independent testing and certification.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios. All dealing and game outcomes in live dealer games are conducted by trained human dealers under studio supervision.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, n7club reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
• Disconnection: n7club is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or other technical issues on the player's side. Where a game round is interrupted due to disconnection, the game will resume from the point of interruption upon reconnection where technically possible.
• Prohibited Software: The use of automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the n7club Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance and winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play with other players.
• Using any form of automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game.
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing n7club staff, support agents, or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the n7club Platform.

9 Responsible Gaming

n7club is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable entertainment experience for all Filipino players. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all n7club accounts:

• Age Restriction: n7club is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. n7club actively works to prevent access by minors.
• Responsible Gaming Tools: All registered players have access to the following responsible gaming tools via their account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, loss limits, reality check notifications, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of between 24 hours and 5 years, or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• PAGCOR Self-Exclusion: Players who self-exclude from n7club may also register with PAGCOR's self-exclusion programme, which covers all PAGCOR-regulated gaming operators in the Philippines.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the n7club Platform, including but not limited to the n7club brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game content, software, and all other materials (collectively, "n7club Content"), is the exclusive property of n7club or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the n7club Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any n7club Content without the prior written consent of n7club.
• You may not use the n7club brand name, logo, or any other n7club trademark in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, or that disparages or discredits n7club.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, n7club's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your n7club account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

n7club shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information or content on the Platform.
• Losses arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Losses arising from events beyond n7club's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude n7club's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

n7club collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the n7club Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

n7club is committed to protecting your personal data and complying with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

13 Amendments to These Terms

n7club reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, n7club will notify registered players by email to the address registered on their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will be no less than seven (7) days after the notice is issued, except where changes are required by law or regulation, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the n7club Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with the account closure procedure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and n7club arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.

For disputes relating to the regulatory aspects of n7club's operations, players may also refer complaints to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
